Frequently Asked Questions
INSURANCE
Do I have to buy insurance for my purchased unit?
No, insurance is optional for purchased products. However, it is recommended for customers who want protection against unexpected losses like fire, theft, or severe damage.
Is insurance included when I rent a unit?
Yes. All rental units are insured by default. The insurance fee is built into your monthly rental cost.
Can I provide my insurance instead of paying the monthly fee for rentals?
Absolutely. You can submit a valid policy covering at least $20,000 per unit and naming GIGONE LLC as an additional insured. This must be arranged before the rental period begins.
Is insurance required when I purchase a unit?
No. It’s optional, but highly recommended if your setup involves outdoor use, public access, or event deployment.
What happens if the unit gets damaged or stolen during my rental?
Please report any incident within 48 hours. If covered, GIGONE LLC will coordinate the claim with the insurer. You may need to pay a deductible, depending on the case.
WARRANTY
What happens if something breaks during use?
For warranty-related issues, we repair or replace as needed. For accidental damage, the insurance policy helps cover repair or replacement costs after the deductible.
Does the warranty apply to both rented and purchased products?
Yes. All purchased products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, while all rental units are covered under full warranty for the duration of the lease.
What’s covered under the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults in key components. Damages due to misuse, poor maintenance, or accidents are not covered.
What does the warranty not cover?
Anything caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the User Manual, or external accidents.
How fast is your response when something goes wrong?
We aim for same-day acknowledgment and rapid dispatch or coordination based on your location. Your downtime is our priority.
