Gigone LLC takes pride in offering a solid maintenance and support framework designed to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency for your business. Our portable restrooms are built with a durable composite and aluminum exterior, a full steel frame, and an anti-slip interior floor surface. This means they are engineered to withstand frequent use and the demands of harsh outdoor environments.

We provide free repairs and maintenance for wear and tear that naturally occurs over time. This includes issues such as broken door locks, weakened structures due to long-term usage, or routine mechanical faults. Our field technicians can be dispatched to assess and resolve the issue with minimal disruption.

However, damages resulting from extreme weather events (such as flooding, high winds, or storms) or intentional misuse fall outside our coverage. In these cases, the rental party is responsible for repair or replacement costs. We advise our customers to secure insurance coverage for their units if they anticipate long-term placement in risk-prone zones.

All Gigone portable restrooms are compliant with EPA and DOT standards and are assigned a unique VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for easy tracking and service scheduling. Select models also feature solar panels for autonomous energy, sensor-activated lighting systems, and baby changing stations.

For example, a single unit can accommodate up to 120 users per day. If your event spans three days and serves approximately 300 people, our support team can recommend the appropriate quantity of consumables and help you schedule deliveries or refills as needed.

All consumables can be stored neatly within the built-in cabinet located under the sink inside each unit. This space is discreet yet accessible, helping you manage refills efficiently on-site.

  • Phone & email: Our dedicated B2B support line and email are monitored during business hours, with a 24-hour response time.
  • Maintenance logs and service records: Clients are encouraged to maintain a service log (either printed or digital) to track all cleanings, restocks, and technical visits. This ensures transparency and helps us deliver proactive support when patterns emerge.
  • Replacement units when needed: If a unit is deemed non-functional due to long-term wear (not related to accidental damage), we offer a replacement at no extra cost. The new unit will be delivered and installed free of charge.

We also provide training resources for your on-site team. These include guides on locking down a malfunctioning unit, repositioning a tilted unit safely, and posting “Out of Order” signage effectively to avoid confusion during temporary downtime.

For clients who operate multiple units or have high daily usage, we recommend creating a “Cabin Journal” system. This involves assigning responsibility for each unit to a team member, tracking supply usage, and logging minor repair needs before they become major problems.
